By accessing or using Solitek.ae (“the Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site. These Terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access or use our services. Please review these Terms regularly, as your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes. Solitek.ae offers IT‑related services including: consulting, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, network support, and other services listed on the Site (“Services”). We reserve the right to amend service offerings, pricing, or terms at any time. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued without notice. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our services, but cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all content at all times.
Users must provide accurate contact information and keep it updated. Sharing account access is prohibited, as is using the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.
All content on the Site—text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video—belongs to Solitek or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international law. You may view or download content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited. Requests for permission to use content for other purposes should be directed to our legal team.
Upon acceptance of your service request, we'll issue a Service Agreement detailing the scope, timeline, deliverables, acceptance criteria, and charges. Any additional work not in the original scope is subject to extra charges. Please review your Service Agreement carefully before confirming. If you require changes to the scope, contact your project manager to discuss amendments and associated costs.
Typically, invoices are issued at key stages (e.g. 50% upfront, 50% upon delivery). Payment terms vary by service and are described in your Service Agreement. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. Please ensure timely payment to avoid disruption to your project.
We warrant our services will be performed professionally and in line with industry standards. Except as expressly stated, all services are provided “as is” without indemnification. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied (e.g. compatibility or fitness for a specific purpose). If you have concerns about the quality of our services, please contact us promptly so we can address them.
Solitek’s liability under any Service Agreement or these Terms will not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify Solitek against claims arising from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms. This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We process personal data per our Privacy Policy. You consent to collection and use of data as described there. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information on how we handle your data. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if your conduct threatens our Site or other users. You may terminate your service agreement according to the terms set within it. Upon termination, your right to use the Site and services will cease immediately. Any outstanding obligations will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE. Any disputes arising hereunder will be resolved by arbitration in Dubai, in English, under ICC rules. By using the Site, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such arbitration. This section survives termination of your agreement with Solitek.
We may update these Terms at any time. We'll post updates on the Site, with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms. Please check this page regularly for changes. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or website notice where appropriate.
